Addiction affects millions of people across the UK, but stigma and silence stop too many from asking for help.
This year, we’re asking everyone to join the conversation.
By talking openly about addiction, we can replace stigma with understanding, judgement with empathy, and silence with support.
So get involved on social media because every recovery journey starts with one powerful moment — one conversation that can change everything.
Help inspire someone else to begin their recovery. Because every conversation has the power to spark recovery.
Share your story. Start a conversation. Change a life.
