Taking Action on Addiction and The Forward Trust are partnering with Sober IS Fun to deliver our second sober comedy night this coming November. 

We’re delighted to be able to offer early-bird discounted tickets at £20 per person (expires 24 October) – so get in quick! 

Having just launched our new Addiction Awareness Week 2025 campaign (23-30 November), we’re excited to host our second sober comedy night on Sunday, 9 November at the legendary Backyard Comedy Club. 

Our four touring comedians, as seen on tv, include: Ninia Benjamin - Celebrity MasterChef (BBC) Susan Murray - the job lot (ITV) El Baldhinio - Britains Got Talent (ITV) Mike Gunn - Live at the Apollo (BBC) The BackYard Bar is the perfect space will open its doors at 2 pm so that attendees can enjoy social games like pool, table tennis and table football before the gig starts (3:30 pm). 

In the afternoon, there will also be a fundraising raffle with prizes gratefully donated by The Alcohol-Free Co, the UK's leading online drinks supplier. With delicious pizzas and an extensive non- alcoholic drinks menu, there’s plenty to enjoy ahead of this amazing comedy show.
